"Way too many baking goodies"
I went in for sourdough stuff and somehow found a ton of great options. whoever runs this knows exactly how to make a baker want to buy everything...

"Fair prices on baking gear I actually use"
I've bought from Breadtopia a handful of times now, and the prices have always seemed reasonable to me, especially for the quality. A lot of baking shops can get pricey quick, but I usually feel like I'm getting something solid for what I spend
Shipping has been painless too, and the stuff I've ordered has held up well, so it feels like a good value overall. It's not the absolute cheapest place out there, but for me it's been worth it

"I don’t know, I was just really..."
I don’t know, I was just really relieved by how quick they got back to me. Something was going wrong and I was kind of stressed, but they handled it fast and didn’t make it a whole thing. it just felt like they had it under control.

"Better packed than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting much with how often bags can show up torn or leaking, but everything was packed really well. No broken bags at all, which was a nice surprise.

"I’ve gotten a lot out of their..."
I’ve gotten a lot out of their videos and recipes. Sourdough used to feel confusing, but they explain things in a way that actually clicks. Whenever my dough starts acting strange, I usually end up going back to their lessons to figure out what’s going on. i’d say it’s been one of the most helpful resources I’ve used for baking bread.

"My sourdough finally worked 😊"
I ordered some flour and a starter from breadtopia, and wow, my loaves are turning out so much better now. They’re getting a nice rise, the crust is actually crisp, and the crumb isn’t gummy like it used to be. Super happy with how my baking is coming along 🥖

"Starter just never took off"
I ordered the sourdough starter and followed the directions closely. Still, it stayed weak. A few bubbles here and there. But it never doubled. Never gave me a strong rise, even after more than a week. Maybe it was a bad batch. Maybe shipping did something to it. Breadtopia shipped it just fine, so no issue there. The starter itself was just disappointing. I had better luck with one a friend gave me

"Pretty easy site to use"
I had a good time using breadtopia’s website. The flour and tools I needed was easy to find, and I didn’t have to click around forever. Checkout were simple too, which I really appreciated. The pages loaded fine on my phone, and there wasn’t any annoying popups or confusing steps getting in the way

"Wrong baking item in my order"
I ordered a couple of baking supplies from Breadtopia, and one of the items that showed up was just not what I picked. It was close enough that I could see how the mix-up happened, but it still threw off my weekend baking plans, which was frustrating.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I had to explain the issue more than once. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but the whole thing felt kind of impersonal, like I was just another ticket number being moved along.

"Shipping felt like an afterthought"
I ordered some starter and flour, and the wait was longer than I expected. The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, which made it feel like my order had been pushed to the side or maybe they were waiting to ship a bunch of orders together. Everything was fine once it finally showed up, so no complaints about the product itself. It was just frustrating not knowing what was going on. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of hurry.

"Not worth the wait for me"
I ordered the flour and starter kit hoping it would be a solid setup, but i got annoyed quickly. The flour seemed kind of stale, and the starter just never really took off no matter what I did. Maybe it was a bad batch, sure, but for the price I expected way better. I don’t have the patience to keep messing with something that should work, so I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

"Fresh flour, happy overall"
I ordered the flour and grains a little while ago—honestly I can’t remember if it arrived earlier this week or last week, but everything was fresh and smelled really good when I opened it. I’m happy with it overall. Just taking one star off because the bag was kind of messy when it showed up...
